Defective Items, Returns and Reimbursement
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or if it is the incorrect product, you may return it to Let’s Learn Kidz within 15 working days of delivery. Let’s Learn Kidz will be liable for the delivery charges incurred (on authorization by Let’s Learn Kidz) or Let’s Learn Kidz will arrange for collection of the defective/incorrect product.
You will either receive a refund or credit note, or the product may be repaired or replaced.
If an order is not collected or is returned to Let’s Learn Kidz within 5 working days and in its original condition/packaging, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
Cooling Off (Cancellation Policy)
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched, provided that the items they are cancelling are not made to order / Let’s Learn Kidz has not placed and paid for a large order on their behalf. Cancellation of an order, packed but not yet dispatched, will incur a handling charge of 15%.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Cancellations requested after items have been dispatched and have been delivered, will be treated as a return. From the date of delivery, you have 15 working days to return items ordered for exchange or refund subject to a handling/restocking fee. After this 15 working day period, Let’s Learn Kidz reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
Refunds are offered via EFT payment or as a credit note. Refunds take 1- 5 working days to process. EFT refunds will take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.

Items on promotion, clearance or end of range are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is damaged/faulty.
